Not as mild as the plastic nipple suction caps and not as hard as the Sax Nipple Grabber

These clamps are good quality, but beware that the pressure is very strong. If a person wasn't used to the pressure they wouldn't want them on for long. I also had a problem with one of the pads dropping out when I first used them.

SOON TO PUT TO USE BUT GOODS SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE DESPATCH. AFTER UNPACKING ONE CLAMP WAS FINE AND ONE HAD THE PAD FALL OUT OF A JAW. THAT SAME CLAMP LEFT JAWS OPEN INSTEAD OF JAWS COMING TOGETHER WHEN RELEASED. PAD WAS SHOVED BACK IN UNTIL THE LITTLE RETAINING SPIKES COULD LOCK IT IN (BUT DIFFICULT IF SLIGHTLY BUILT WOMAN WAS THE BUYER). OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE JAWS OKAY AFTER W.D 40 WAS SPRAYED AND THE JAWS 'WORKED'
