Do you have a shop open to the public?

No. S(A)X Leather products are available online through www.saxleather.com.au and through a select range of retailers throughout Australia. Our factory and distribution warehouse is not open to the public. Our Oxford Street store lease was sold in 2001 and we no longer operate from there.

How privately are my purchases shipped to me?

All of our products are shipped to you in plain packaging with no identifying marks other than your address. No one can tell what is in the package. The sender's details are displayed as "P.O Box 212". Your privacy is 100% assured, you can even have your package sent to your work.

What will my credit card/Paypal statement show?

Your credit card statement will report your purchase as 'Ahiru Pty Ltd'. Your Paypal statement will show 'Ahiru Pty Ltd'

What will you do with my private information, will you ever sell it?

Your privacy is assured when dealing with the S(A)X LEATHER. We will never share your information with anyone else. 

Can I return a dildo..?

Insertable Toys (e.g. Dildos, Butt Plugs Vibrators & Gags), Cock & Ball Toys, Medical Toys, Bras and Underwear (both Mens and Womens) for health reasons will not be exchanged, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Our customers health and well-being is paramount to us and it is deemed that once a product has been shipped from our warehouse is used. Please choose carefully.

What currency will my transaction be charged in?

All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars.

What if something arrives broken?

If something arrives broken, we will replace it. Please return your damaged goods to us within 14 days to the address below:

How long does your shipping take?

Australian orders are sent using Australia Post. All international orders are sent using Australia Post. 
We try to carry all items in our stockroom but sometimes we run out of an item and in this case you will be notified of any delay in shipping. We aim to process your order within 24 hrs of receiving it. Domestic shipping (within Australia) takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you live. International orders can take a bit longer, on average about 10 to 14 working days but under some circumstances it can take longer.

Yes. We offer a full bespoke service for an extra service charge of AU$25.00 on top of the cost of the product/s. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the end result.
