Domestic - There is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for orders below $150 unless product specifies otherwise.

Spend over $150 and it's FREE shipping anywhere in Australia unless product specifies otherwise.

International - The flat rate for International orders is $25.00 for orders under $300 AUD.

Spend over $300 AUD and it's FREE shipping anywhere in the world!

Any customs duties & taxes or fees associated with importing goods into your country will be your responsibility. 

Discretion - We ship all orders discreetly, with only a return PO Box address on them.

Once your order leaves us and you are advised of the tracking number, we're at the mercy of the shippers tracking information. Please check their website for expected delivery times. We'll do everything possible to assist and make sure you get the goods you've bought!

Time Frames

S(A)X Leather products are hand made in Australia by our team in Adelaide, South Australia. Due to the custom nature of S(A)X Leather products, we do not hold all stock and many products are made to order. We will always try to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible, please be patient and allow us 1-3 weeks to produce your order. This time can extend during busy periods such as Christmas and the lead up to Mardi Gras.

Adult Store products. 

We stock a large range of 3rd party brands and dispatch 2-3 days a-week using Australia Post. 

Some products, if out of stock, need to come from 3rd party suppliers and can take 1-2 weeks depending on freight and supply. 

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, containing the associated tracking number. Please keep an eye out for this as it may land in a 'junk' folder. 

Returns Policy

Free & Easy Returns

If the goods you receive are found to be damaged or defective, these may be returned to us within 14 days, in the original packaging, for replacement.

Please include a copy of the receipt, we'll issue a credit on to your account with us for the cost of standard postage, with tracking. 

If there's an issue with the sizing, please contact us so we can discuss your measurements and exchange as required. 

Before sending any goods back, please contact us so we know to look out for it. We take great care when packaging your order so we ask you do the same when returning anything to us. Products with any damage or signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Bespoke items, including made to measure, are non-returnable and non-refundable so please consider your custom made items carefully.

For health reasons, Insertable Toys (e.g. Dildos, Butt Plugs Vibrators & Gags), Cock & Ball Toys, Medical Toys, Bras and Underwear (both Mens and Womens) will not be exchanged, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Our customers health and well-being is paramount to us and it is deemed that once a product has been received by our customer, it is used. Please choose carefully.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Please call or email us to do so.
