How privately are my purchases shipped to me?
"All of our products are shipped to you in a plain cardboard box with no identifying marks other than your address. No one can tell what is in the box or where it came from. Your privacy is 100% assured, you can even have your package sent to your work."
How secure is my credit card information ordering online?
"All data is processed with use of Apache Stronghold and Secure Socket Layer protection. We also employ 1024 bit RSA and 56 bit DES, this is the strongest encryption method the government will allow. It is absolutely impossible for credit card information to be stolen while being processed. You will see a padlock icon or a key icon in the lower left or lower right of your browser when you are entering your credit card information to finalize your order.
Additionally we do not store your credit card (CC) information, instead you will be asked to enter your CC for each order. Once we have processed your order all credit card details are destroyed."
What will my credit card statement show?

Your email automatically goes on our data base, which is used to inform you of new products, galleries or if we are out of stock or have trouble with your CC details etc, if you do not wish to be on this data base please indicate on your order form."
What is something arrives broken?
"If something arrives broken we will replace it. Most of our products come with a manufacturers warranty that will protect you at a later time if something goes wrong."
Can I order by telephone or mail?
"Yes, we do mail orders and telephone orders please contact us for more information."
How long does your shipping take?
Sax ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Countries including Indonesia, Bulgaria, Romania, other Eastern Europe Countries, Equatorial Africa, Russia, Former Soviet Republics, and some South American Countries are considered high risk and Sax will therefore only accept direct bank account deposits or Western Union Money Transfers as payment for goods and will only ship orders by international courier services.
"We try to carry all items in our stockroom, but sometimes we run out of an item, in this case you will be notified of any delay in shipping.
We try to process your order within 48 hrs of receiving it, domestic shipping (within Australia) takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you live. International orders can take a bit longer, on average about 10 to 14 working days. but under some circumstances it can take longer.
If you require goods within a certain time please let us know. We try our best to get the goods to you when requested, but once they leave our stockroom we have no control over the post office or courier services.

"Goods are usually shipped Airmail, unless otherwise requested, insurance of goods is the buyers responsibility. Prices are quoted FOB. Please inquire for alternative methods of freight, ie Express Courier Services."
Shipping Charges
The average for shipping within Australia is $10.00 AUSD. to eastern seaboard states, all other states the minimum charge is $15.00. Items that weigh greater than 3 kilos will be charged at normal Australia Post rates.
Overseas articles are charged at the Australia Post Airmail rate, approx $25.00 AUSD, articles weighing greater than 1 kilo will be charged at the post office airmail rate.
What happens if I want to cancel an order?
Any order can be cancelled within 48 hours of receiving the order! Orders are shipped usually with in 24 hours of receiving them, if you cancel before the order is shipped there will be no charge to your credit card.
However should you cancel after the order has been shipped, we will gladly refund your charge less the original shipping costs, when we receive the goods back unopened in the original packaging.
